The company was founded by Francisco Landrian, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage originator with the goal of delivering a sense of trust and organization to an industry plaque with mismanagement and litigations. Mr. Landrian began his career as a licensed Real Estate agent in 1990 and through his hard work and leadership obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1992 and immediately launched his first Real Estate office in Southwest Miami-Dade County. The following year he formed a Mortgage Broker Business and became one of the area’s top producers through his honesty with his clients, he is truthful, and in today’s environment, that is a characteristic that has become hard to find. Fast forward to 2006, when Mr. Landrian through his success with his 2 other companies, opens Prestige Association Management, with the goal of delivering honesty and integrity to a struggling industry. In 2013, Mr. Landrian consolidates all 3 companies into All in One Property Management, LLC d/b/a Prestige Association Management. The company under Mr. Landrian’s leadership is a success and in 2015 the company was moved to the area of South Dade. Today the office is located at 9100 South Dadeland Blvd. Suite 1500 Miami, Fl. 33156.

Mr. Landrian continues to run the corporation on a daily basis and continues to deliver professional property management at a reasonable price, he continues to hold a Real Estate Brokers License, along with the Mortgage Originator’s License. In 2019, Mr. Landrian entered into the 4th business entity of his successful career which is known today as Landrian and Associates. Mr. Landrian through his knowledge of Real Estate transactions became an Independent Insurance Adjuster for the Insurance Industry first with the State of Florida and quickly became Licensed in 12 States.

Mr. Landrian after over 32 years in the industry is still the property manager/Real Estate Broker that visits the Condominium community and to this date still meets with the Board of Directors personally or through electronic video platforms. He has always wanted to keep his clients happy and a person to reach out to and not a huge corporation where the client becomes a number.
