Where do we go from here? Will we have to sell to Investors? Will we have to sell to Equity Asset Managers like Blackrock, Blackstone, KKR, Fidelity, or Vanguard? We do not know the future of Real Estate in Florida and what will happen next to the residents of Florida. This is a crisis that the leadership of Florida failed to see coming. The major question is "How do we fix it?"
